My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the staff understood my situation and provided excellent service, the room I initially had an issue with was not resolved to my satisfaction, leading me to switch to a different room. The location was decent, near the border crossing, but the noise from other guests until 3:00 a.m. was bothersome.
